These Terms govern your use of iM Bite, a personal food suitability app provided by Nobleman Labs. By using iM Bite you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
iM Bite lets you scan or search foods and see personalized suitability scores across the categories you choose. Scores and explanations are informational aids to help you decide what to eat.
Not medical advice. iM Bite does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For allergies, diabetes, heart disease, digestive disorders, pregnancy, kidney disease, medication interactions, or religious certification, verify the product label and consult a qualified professional before eating. For allergens, iM Bite may report “contains,” “may contain,” or “unknown” — never rely on the app alone to determine that a food is safe for you.
Accuracy of information
Food data comes from third-party sources such as USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Product formulations and certifications change. We present scores in good faith but make no warranty that any score, ingredient list, allergen flag, or certification status is accurate or complete.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate profile information so scores reflect your needs.
- Use iM Bite for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Verify any information that matters to your health, safety, or beliefs.
Subscriptions & trials
iM Bite offers Free, Premium, and Premium+ plans. Paid plans may include a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown at checkout.
Intellectual property
iM Bite, its design, and its content are owned by Nobleman Labs and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
iM Bite is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobleman Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the app. Your use of iM Bite is at your own risk.
Termination
You may stop using iM Bite and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
